Does the banner come in different sizes?

The banners come in various sizes depending upon which style you choose

Can I have my own companys graphics put on?

Yes. You can email us or upload your graphics/images and the banners will be produced to your specifications.

Once I have purchased a banner can the graphics be changed and updated?

New graphics can be printed and your banner can be reassembled onto its existing mounting blocks

How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours depending upon stock levels

Can I get a discount if I purchase a 'bulk' order?

If you require multiple units please contact our sales office

Does the banner come with stabilising feet?

Stabilising feet are available for straight systems

Can I attach spotlights to my banner?

Powerspot lighting can be attached to compliment panel, pop up and banner systems

How heavy are the banners?

The banners vary in weight depending upon which range you choose to use. Carry cases and bags are available to help in transporting the banners. Some ranges are particularly lightweight.

Can the banner be used outdoors as well as indoors?

Yes, the banners can be used internally and externally. Some products are available with weighted bases for stabilility.

Are all the banners collapsible?

All the banners are either collapsible or are easily dismantled.

Can I have graphics on both sides of my banner?

Double sided banner frames are avaible within our range

What is the advantage of a cassette banner over a roller banner?

Cassette banners are a self contained graphic solution and easily interchangeable for multi branding. Each graphic panel is stored in its own cassette. Once a roller banner is removed, extra storage would need to be sought to store the graphic panel.

Q. Do you build all their exhibition stands and trailers in-house?

A. We build everything in-house from the chassis to the furniture. Only a very small amount of specialist metalwork is done by outside contractors.

Q. What does a minder do?

A. He’s a behind the scenes facilitator. He’ll ensure any day to day problems are dealt with, keep the unit clean and tidy and provide extra security.

Q. What is a transforming trailer?

A. It’s an event unit containing a slide out extension pod which increases the internal capacity of the stand.

Q. Can I have a display unit with a marquee attached to the back?

A. Yes.

Q. Will I fall out of the trailer trying to get into the marquee?

A. No, the marquee will have a raised floor, everything will be level.

Q. Can I visit your workshop to check on the progress of my project.

A. Yes. What time do you want to come in?

Q. About eleven thirty?
